1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Next Move Cleaning website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Next Move Cleaning's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

3. Booking and Payment

When you book a cleaning service through our website:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your property and cleaning needs
• Payment must be made in full before the service date unless other arrangements have been made
• All prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service date will be charged in full

4. Service Terms

Next Move Cleaning agrees to provide professional cleaning services as described on our website. However:

• Services are provided on an "as-is" basis
• We reserve the right to refuse service if the property is unsafe or unsanitary
• Additional charges may apply for properties in exceptionally poor condition
• We are not responsible for damage to items left in the property during cleaning
• Access to the property must be provided at the scheduled time

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Next Move Cleaning or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the website, even if we or our authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Next Move Cleaning's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on our website are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on our website at any time without notice.

7. Modifications

8. Governing Law
